Processing of personal data – career

  1. The Administrator of the personal data is MORAVIA PROPAG, s.r.o.,company ID: 255 04 428, address: Brno, Karásek 7, Zip code 62100, filed at the Regional court in Brno, reference C 78549 (hereinafter referred to as „the Administrator“).

  2. When this form is filled, your personal data will be sent to the Administrator, which will result in personal data processing by the Administrator in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation – Regulation of the European Parliament and the Committee (EU) 2016/679 dated on April 27, 2016 - (hereinafter referred to as „GDPR“).

  3. Personal data, which the Administrator will process, include your name, email, telephone and data in your CV, i.e. data which you enter in this form.

  4. Legal basis for personal data processing is the fact that we need the data to be able to process your job application.

  5. The Administrator will process the personal data for 1 year for the purpose of offering an appropriate job position. We can offer you job for the whole time.

  6. The personal data will be forwarded to a third country or to an international organization only to back up the data for better protection of data and personal information from loss or damage.

  7. You shall be entitled to correct or complete personal data, to require limitation of processing, to raise an objection or a claim against personal data processing, to require transport of data, access to your personal data, to be informed on breach of personal data security, deletion and to enforce other right specified in GDPR.

  8. You may lodge a complaint in connection with your personal data processing or failure to fulfil Administrator’s duties resulting from GDPR to the supervisory office.
